Thank you for application for a Saba Rose Button Foundation Grant. Please read and answer all questions carefully.
The Saba Rose Button Foundation Trustees oversee all applications for assistance to ensure that requests are considered in a fair and equitable way, and given priority in relation to urgency of need and availability of funds.
Grants are considered against set guidelines, including but not limited to:
Applications will only be considered for children under the age of 16
Applicant must reside in WA
Parents / guardians of applicant must be of necessitous circumstances (confirmation maybe required)
Grants are considered for either
» block of rehabilitation therapy » therapy related equipment » emergency or ongoing care » regional supprt
All applications are assessed in discussion with our SRBF therapist, including any current therapy programs the applicant is participating in.
Priority and needs of each applicant will be discussed with a suitable therapist and the SRBF Trustees.
Ability to use photos and family for public relations material.
